Tickets for the concert will be available through the Royal Albert Hall box office. A range of ticket prices will be offered to ensure the concert is accessible to all.

Photographic consent

This event is a public performance, and as such, photos and recordings may be taken during the event, which will also be livestreamed online.

Please note that while efforts will be made to prevent unauthorised photography, it can be challenging to monitor in a public setting, and BEAT cannot accept liability in this regard.

Permissions

As the concert involves children performing in a licensed venue in front of a paying audience, it falls under legislation designed to safeguard child performers.

To streamline this process, we will be obtaining a Body of Persons Approval (BOPA) license, which allows us to run the event without requiring individual licenses for each child.

Typically, a BOPA license requires us to collect detailed safeguarding information (e.g., names, addresses, ages, medical information, and DBS numbers for accompanying adults). However, given the nature of this event, it is understood that schools will retain responsibility for their students on the day and manage this sensitive data. That said, we are required to collect summary attendance information in advance to meet licensing conditions and organise effectively.

What we need from you

  1. The exact number of children attending from your school – please avoid estimates.
  2. Contact details for the lead staff member accompanying your group on the day (for logistical coordination if required).
  3. The number of accompanying adults. Please note that any adults not seated with the children will need to purchase a ticket for the evening performance.
  4. Any relevant medical Information.

We’ ve created an online form to make it easy for you to provide the required information.

Please click on the button below to complete and submit the form:

Why this information is needed

  • To ensure every child is accounted for in the seating plan and during the event.
  • To comply with the legal and safeguarding requirements of our BOPA license.

Please provide this information by Monday 9th December.
