Violin and Cello Teacher(s)
Exceptional teachers of violin and cello required to teach in Barnet Schools. You must be flexible and able to teach all age ranges as teaching may include both primary and secondary students. Teaching will be at various schools in Barnet and may include working at our Saturday morning music centre in Finchley. Evidence of teaching experience will be required and BEAT will apply for a DBS for successful candidates. You must also be able to prove that you have the right to work in the UK.
Salary: Hourly paid £24.90 – £33.50 (Teachers Pay and Conditions)
Job Description: BEAT is committed to providing high quality music learning for all children and young people, and are currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic musicians to join our team of instrumental teachers.
In particular we are looking for: Conductors of windband, and string ensembles, young music makers teachers (specialising in pre-school 3 – 6yrs old) and instrumental teachers for woodwind and violin.
Applicants should be able to plan, prepare and deliver exciting innovative lessons which aim to inspire and motivate children to progress in their music making.
